World Net Logistics offers a personalized service to all of our clients on the customs clearance and delivery of their cargo. Staffed by personnel with many years of experience in the freight industry in all of our branches, we are able to offer our clients many value added services. We are proud to advise that we are an accredited agent with South African Customs and being fully computerized in all of our branches allows us to customs clear cargo speedily via the EDI link with the South African Revenue Services. All of our declarations are quality controlled by our tariff team prior to submission.

Status reports are forwarded or made available to the client at regular intervals, via our website, or email, depending on the clients need. The reports can keep clients informed from the time of placing order up to final delivery of the consignment allowing them to keep track of their shipments throughout the forwarding and clearing process.

Our flexible computerized costing system can be tailor made to suit individual clients needs. The costing can be forwarded electronically or supplied in hard copy with our invoice and supporting documentation.
